It was a success! i thought first tries would always fail.. but surprisingly the tarts are yummy!! we took the whole afternoon to bake and we had 16 boxes of it!

after dinner was tao huay at kallang if i didnt rem wrongly.. we even bumped into throngs and throngs of indians who walked barefooted with offerings on their head and piercings through their body.. we were quite clueless abt what festival was it.. could it be Thaipusam? But it was ard 3 am in the morning when we saw them.. isnt it normally held during the day..?

Board and card games

We've found ourselves a new hobby - playing board and card games. The previous week we went to Pitstop, and this week we went cecilia's house to play more games. It's super fun.. I think we should make it a weekly affair.

2009 Updates

Before 2009 came to a close, we had a Christmas steamboat at POK's house. Initially all of us were so lazy to shop for food, and nearly wanted to call for pizza delivery instead. In the end, the guys helped to pick the food and we carried on with steamboat. After dinner, we played card games like Bang, and indian poker. I'm really damn suay at indian poker, it's either i get Ace or number two no matter whether i choose to change or not.
