Happy Bday POKPOKPOKPOKPOK!

Celebrated Pok's bday at vivo's marche.. the auditors were all late and I queued alone for close to an hour before there were seats for 9 of us. :( it's not gd to knock off on time when the rest of them can't end work early. nevertheless, it was a great merry gathering.. hope you had a 'fes-tive' bday celebration POK! lol

NSRCC

It was a great chalet-getaway at the very east of Singapore. The bungalow was newly renovated and it was super impressive. it was a pity that we stayed over for only one night when we were given four nights. NSRCC is a highly recommended bungalow chalet over those pasir ris or east coast kind of chalets. although the price is slightly higher, but it's definitely worth the price.

our charcoal was like a slow heater.. all our chicken wings and satay took super long time to be cooked. But the good thing is, our wings and food was golden brown i.e. not chao tar.

Happy and satisfied with my new job..

Colleagues are nice, though not as fun-loving as my DT lovelies, but I'm getting to know them better each day! Bosses are friendly and approachable, definitely not as cold-blooded as my ex-bosses. Most importantly, my work is fun and interesting! What more can I ask..

As the saying goes.. enjoy what you're doing and you'll never have to work a day. I'm looking forward to everyday, and not only looking forward to weekends.

It's been a long time since I see the nicest smile on my face :)

CNY 2010 with DTT

As usual, CNY house-visiting again at my house and POK's house. Even though i'm no longer with you guys, my heart is still with you all!! Super missing my wonderful DT colleagues!

After that we proceeded to POK's house, then to airport for dinner.

we realised that the airport terminals' restaurants other than fast foods, does not have the capacity to accomodate huge groups. we're left with xin wang HK cafe which have enough seats for the 7 of us.

Sec school loves

Met up with sec sch lovelies to celebrate joan's bday. Had a super wonderful night. From exotic mediterranean food to chilling to supper. The amount of rubbish that we can talk under the sky is astonishing. Chatting into the wee hours yet no trace of tiredness. 12 years of friendship and still counting.. Simply love you gals!
